Hi all, I was recently awarded LCWRA dating back to Feb 2023, I currently get a reduction with council tax, But I went on to the entitled website and filled in all questions asked and had this at the end, I am under Shropshire Council.
Does this mean I would get 100% council tax reduction?

It’s an indication of what you maybe entitled to. Sorry I can’t be anymore specific because all local Authorities have their own rules for CTR.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
