we canβt find his award letter to prove he had been awarded 5 years how would I get a copy of it and how can we prove that no letter for renewal was received, also would dla not send a reminder if they had not had a response, thanks in advance π

Hi @geri66, welcome to the community. I'll pop your post over to our DLA section where members with the right experience can find it.Β
Have you tried ringing the DLA helpline? They might be able to send you a copy of your son's letter to see when his award was due for renewal. Hope you can get it all sorted soon.Β1
