I am trying to claim pip again, as i have ataxic cerable palsy The first part is by phone. I explained that due to the condition i am no longer to fill in forms by hand, can I do them online i was told it will be requested.
the following day, i get a text to say the forms will be sent to me via post.
After trying to contact them on the enquiry line and not being able to talk to a person, I have contacted my MP. Asking for advice, and asking if this is discrimination under the equities act.
Have any others had a problem like this?

further to the above.
After involving my MP, the D W P had to send the forms to me via Email for me to fill in online., I hope they do this for everyone from now on.
I also received a letter from them apologising for any inconvenience.

Hi @brian1958.
I'm glad you've managed to get the forms in an accessible format, and an apology.
I've just moved your discussion to the PIP category as more people may see it there and I think it'd be useful for people to see that online forms are available 😊
