Pip written report not received by DWP

Hi guys
So I had my pip review assessment a week ago but strangely I’ve not received any msg from DWP yet saying that they’ve received the written report. I’ve checked my msgs from the past n each time it’s been the next day after the assessment that DWP received the written report. Is this normal? Should I be worried? What happens if the report gets ‘lost’?

It doesn't mean it's been lost. Sometimes a report is chosen at random for audit and this can delay them returning it. An audit is where they are checking the assessor did their job correctly, they are not checking you.
Once the audit is completed they will return the report digitally. You can ring the health assessment provider and ask them, if it's in audit they will tell you.0 -
