Question regarding ADP ❤️

I reapplied for ADP in February after a diagnosis of ME/CFS and being able to gather more supporting information. I called up not too long ago to check on the progress (and see if they’d received my documents,) and the woman over the phone was lovely. She did say something that made me curious though, specifically that my case was now with a case manager, and that finding a case manager is the longest part so I should hear back in a few weeks. Has anyone had an experience like this? If so, how long did it take for a decision from being assigned to a manager? Was also curious to know if, in the event I am accepted, the backdated money or decision would come through first
