You keep starting threads and I’ve tried to advise you on those threads. One of them you can see here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/116481/carers-element-help-please#latestIn the thread linked above you said you gave a fit note due to your caring duties but a fit note will not be accepted for that.If you want to you can report your health condition and provide fit notes for that. You will then be referred for a work capability assessment.If you’ve already been through the work capability assessment then there’s no need to report a new diagnosis.0
