Pip constantly engaged

I've been trying to get hold of pip since yesterday morning but you go through all the options then there is an engaged tone. This has never happened to me before it normally rings for 1hour 30mins before someone picks up anyone else having this problem?

It kicked me off 3 times yesterday morning but luckily got through on the 4th attempt. It's frustrating but keep trying 😃

Hi @Hampshire2024, this seems to be an ongoing issue with the PIP phonelines at the moment, lots of members have reported similar things happening lately. Unfortunately, I think the only thing you can do is keep trying at different points of the day. Very frustrating, I know! Hope you get through soon!

Got to the point I was on hold for an hour and then hung up on 😢

I've been seeing lots of people saying they're on hold forever, or the line cuts out. I'm wondering if there's issues with staffing at the call centre currently?
