Hi my name is Ashley nice to meet u all had my new pip letter  say I have 6 years before I am next one but my award from them before it change was 10 years I did not think they could change it need some advice

    Was this a decision letter because you reported changes? Or the annual uprating letter? If it was the uprating letter when was the decision made that gave you the 10 year award?

    2 half years ago  when I git 10 years on my pip but now there change name I got 6 years before they look at it again

    Sounds about right to me depending on the exact dates. I would expect them to contact you anytime from 1 year before your award is due to end. Remember, 2.5 years have already passed...
