hi i have been diagonised with pakinson in Nov 2021.Iam 71yrs old pensior ,what benefit i will get please explain

    There's no benefits that are awarded based on any diagnosis. As you're above state pension age then you can look at claiming Attendance Allowance. It's a disability benefit that's award if you need help/support during the day and or night, even if you don't receive the help/support.attendance-allowance https://www.ageuk.org.uk/information-advice/money-legal/benefits-entitlements/attendance-allowance/

    You should already be claiming your state pension. There's also Pension Credit but whether there's any entitlement to that will depend on your circumstances because it's means tested. pension-credit

    If you rent your home there's also housing benefit. As well as council tax reduction if you're responsible for the council tax.
