Hello all, if I claimed in 2021, does this back pay apply to those claimants.
Or is it from 2016 only? Does anyone know

If you're referring to the changes in law for either following and planning a journey and social support (engaging with others) then the changes will have applied to all new claims from September 2020.https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-changes/social-support-changes-to-pip-law-from-6-april-2016#:~:text=If%20someone%20needs%20'prompting'%2C,help%20engage%20with%20other%20people

If you disagreed with the decision at the time it was made you could have challenged that.0 -
