Brief update

I previously wrote asking help with a long dragged out decision on LCW. First being assessed 28/9/23 which was refused in February after misplacing my notes. I have had a message last week saying they have awarded my LCWRA.
It was never about benefits it was actually being believed!
My GP is now referring me to the pain clinic as I can still only manage working part time. It’s been a tough, difficult year, but I’m hopeful to get my pain managed that would be the win I’m looking for.
Do I need to know anything else relating to LCWRA? I’m sorry to sound dumb but I’m clueless I didn’t even know such a thing existed.
Many thanks

Was this a decision from your 2nd WCA or a MR decision of the first WCA?0

To be honest I’m not sure.I’ve had 2 assessments the first in September and another in February. I just received a letter in the post saying I had a call after completing a uc50 form the whole thing is confusing to me.0

The most recent decision letter should tell you whether it's the MR decision or not.0
