Arthritis better now, should I the DWP?

I have been awarded LCWRA in December 2021 with medium term reassessment. My rheumatoid arthritis has greatly improved recently due to right treatment but I also have ILD (progressive lung disease also on steroid medication), grave's eye disease, hypothyroidism and long term HIV all medicated. My question is, should I contact the DWP to let them know and what will happen if I either do or don't...
I will be very grateful for your help
Thanks

Hi @christiank and welcome to the community.
I'm not 100% sure on this answer, but I think the issue is you could trigger another WCA if you report changes. I'm sure one of our super knowledgeable regulars will know the correct answer though.1 -
