What date do you usually receive your money each month? Did you continue to send fit notes without any gaps until the decision was made?0

Hi @shellberd, looks like you're well on the way to getting some answers with Poppy, but I just wanted to say hello and welcome you to the community. I'll pop your post over to our UC section so more members can find it. I hope you'll find the community useful0

Hi.
I get paid on the 20th of each month and yes no gaps since Dec 18th0 -
That means your waiting period is Jan/Feb, Feb/March, March/April… LCWRA element starts from 14th April to 13th May and first payment will be 20th May. No LCWRA element is owed. This is because it’s not paid at all during the waiting period.
If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn’t previously have the work allowance you will be owed some money for that.
Please also note that my advice assumes you’re not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.0 -
