My new style ESA is due to end on 24/7/24 could I request to be in the support group? As my condition has worsened

Yes you can ring to report changes. Have you looked at the descriptors for the Support Group to see if any apply to you? A worsening of condition doesn’t automatically entitle you to be placed into that group.
