Pip review

I just wanted to post a positive post regarding PIP.!
My husband was on standard rate for both parts and had a review due December 2024.
After being diagnosed with mixed dementia at the age of 57 I requested a change of circumstances for him.Requested form on the 2nd January 2024.
Received it one week later and sent it back 2 days later.
March 17th got backdated money in account.
Was awarded enhanced for both elements by paper based review.
With every question I wrote an extra sheet of paper attached to it giving a very detailed answer giving real life scenarios.
A month later picked up a brand new motorbility car.
Whole process was stress free which was a blessing after having to usually fight for everything.!
I really think the detailed notes helped to explain the day to day difficulties we have.

Thanks for sharing @Golferlady and congratulations! As said, it's always great to read about some positive outcomes. We tend to only hear about the bad stuff.1
