Hi
My mother has been in respite since last year and I have found I can not look after anymore due to a illness. Her benefits were stopped except her state pension which we have to use to top up her funding for her care home. she is now in full time care. All her benifts will now stop to fund her care. She has DLA with a mobility car which we used to take her to appointments. Does her car have to go back now because all her benefits have stopped. Thanks

Yes. As she is no longer in receipt of a qualifying benefit, the car will have to be returned to Motability.0
