in Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)
Hi just had this form through A164 esa asking me some questions ( filled in an IS10’before this )
1. Has anyone lived with you for more than 4 weeks in the past 
2.has anyone had mail sent to you as a care of address in the past 
 only my children stayed with me when they were dependants , I live alone but told them this on the IS10
ive been on SDP this since 2012 

can anyone shed any light on this

    Sounds like they are checking your claim. It may just be random or they may have got some information from somewhere. You will need to make sure you answer the questions and return it to them.

    Hi thanks for reply I’m just worried as the postal address to send back to is Fraud and error when I look it up which is worrying

    That’s probably because something has flagged up so they are checking. 

    If you’ve lived alone (apart from dependent children ) since you’ve claimed it then everything will be fine. 

    I know it’s easy for me to say but please try not to worry.
