Thankyou, and I've been going through my medical records and downloaded all the referral letters from drs to psychiatrists , some dating back to when I was young, do you think if I printed them off they would be classed as evidence , I've also took screenshots of consultations where it says I've had to be off work due to panick attacks and also didn't finish high-school because of my mental health , would it be worth printing any of that off and sending it x
