My new statement has no rent increase applied. I know its in arrears but should have a week in. I messaged and got no answer, can I see on my account if my submitted change has been applied? should I call them? I am totally confused now.

UC do not pay part increases during any assessment period. If you’re privately renting then the LHA increases will not apply until your next UC payment, the same as other elements. The first to see the increase will be those with assessment periods that start on or after 8th April.0

I called in and they sent me a payment for the money owed, just call in and inform them.
my assessment is from the 6th of every month till the 7th the following month. The rent increases started on the 1st April, they should owe you some money.
