Hi. My lwcra started on the 22nd January 2024 and I have been providing fit notes since December 4th 2023 and they have been continuously without any gaps. My uc payments are 10th and 24th each month.. They are saying my first lwcra payment should be in June 10th payment but I believe my 3 months assessment period has passed so I should receive my first payment for lwcra in May 10th 2024 payment.. Am I right..??

I answered your question on your our thread here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/117060/first-lcwra-payment#latestWhat do you mean your LCWRA element started on 22nd Jan?In your other thread you said you the date on your first fit note was 8th Dec but what date did you actually report that fit note?0

Yes my first fit note was acc on 4th December 2023 continously providing fit notes and when I called the other day,, they said my lwcra started on the 22nd January 2024 even though on my journal it states that from the 4th December 2023 my fit note and change of health circumstances was effective on the 4th December 2023.. And I recurved a message on my journal saying that my first lwcra payment is due in June 10th. My payment date is 10th and 24th.. Nobody responds to my messages on my journal and when I call they tell me to put a note in my journal..0

In your previous thread you said 8th December for your fit note and you reported your health condition on 2nd December. Now you're giving different dates. I can only advise based on the information you give.
You should receive your next statement in a few days because it's almost the end of your assessment period for this month. Please wait until then to check to see if the LCWRA element is included. If it isn't then put a message onto your journal under the payment section.0
