Question about temporary accommodation

Hello I’m currently in interm accommodation I think that’s what it’s called I’ve been here since the 16th of April would I already be in a band group? As I’m not sure if you can bid on properties within the 56 days of being in accommodation it’s really confusing i just want to start bidding on properties as soon as possible

    Have you filled out forms to add your name to the list for social housing? They won't just add your name to this list without doing this. Once they have you will be placed into a band and they will send you a letter to tell you what band you're in. At least this is how it was for me when I applied last year. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
