Backdating LCWRA

Hello everyone,
I recently got awarded LCWRA, which was applied for 5/2/2024. I have not yet served 3 month permitted period. When the first payment of LCWRA is due (next month, I think?) will this be a backdated payment from 5/2/2024?
Thank you

Hey there @jollyrancher (loving the name) and welcome to the community!
Congratulations on your LCWRA award. I'm no expert on UC unfortunately, but as far as I'm aware, you'll start receiving the LCWRA pay on the 4th payment cycle.1 -
The extra money is not paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods starting from when you provided your first fit note. It's then paid from the 4th month with first payment being the end of that month.
Was 5th Feb the date you provided your first fit note?I f so then your first payment will be either June or July. The exact date will depend on what date you usually receive your money each month.1 -
Thanks guys, yes I should have read the forum before asking as I answered my pwn question. I see that there is no payment at all for the 3 months and that backdated payments are only if the decision to award LCW(RA) overruns past the 3 months, am I correct with that?
Thanks for the welcome and the replies!

Yes you are correct. You didn’t say what date you usually receive your money each month. If you tell me that I can tell you exactly when to expect the extra money.0
