Hi I was rejected for both original and mandatory reconsideration for pip, their deadline for before tribunal hearing was today, I have missed a phone call and had a voicemail to call them back, is this potentially good news?
Thanks all

No, it doesn't always mean that. They sometimes ring before responding if they have any questions to ask. Sometimes (though rarely) they may make an offer of an award. If they don't they will respond.0

The deadline for them to respond to the tribunal was today though so I’m not sure what questions they would need to ask? My anxiety is through the roof I’ll try calling again in the morning0

It's not unusual for them not to respond by the deadline.0

Yeah I’ve just been reading up on it, can only hope I suppose
thank you0 -
Heya @muzzamuzza82 welcome to the community.
I'm glad to see Poppy has already helped, but I just wanted to drop in and say hi and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. Will you let us know when you find out please?0 -
Hiya yeah I will, I got through this morning he was asking me questions about what I’m disputing, evidence I’ll be sending to tribunal even though they have that he’s gonna look through and call me back I did say to him I will be sending more evidence in to tribunal, he was quite nice but then again they all seem that way lol0
