Budgeting advance UC

Hi. I paid off the remainder of my budgeting advance 3 days ago but it still hasn't cleared on uc. Was wondering how long it takes to clear? Thanks

Heya @marizxxx and welcome to the community, I hope you're doing ok today?

Sometimes it can take up to 7 days for it to show as paid, but I think the average is around 3-5 days. It'll be worth checking again around 9.30 when the banks have been open for a bit.

I don’t think your bank would know whether paying off a budgeting loan has now cleared. 

You should leave it at least a week, possibly longer. There’s also no guarantee you would get another.

Thankyou guys for your responses. I did read something online saying to ring debt management up again and just ask to see if they can clear it there and then. Checked my UC and it cleared. Have been approved for another advance by Monday.
