Got a message form DfC Saying "A Health Professional is looking at your PIP claim. They will contact you with an appointment if they need to. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change" but I have already done my phone assessment any idea what this means?.

Hi @Twalsh796 welcome to the community. Sometimes they send out texts automatically, so if it doesn't apply to you, perhaps you've had one by accident or it was scheduled to send before you attended your assessment. It could also be that they need some more information, but it's difficult to know either way. Was your assessment quite recent?
If you're worried about it, you could try ringing the PIP enquiry line to see if they can advise you1 -
Hi @Rosie_Scope I had my assessment on the 3rd of May and that was the first message I've had since then0
