HI will anyone be able to give me a little more information about what I have to do for a mandatory reconsideration I asked my UC but they wasn't any help

You need to state which one you think applies to you and your reasons why. You only need one of those to apply the majority of the days in a 12 month period.
Also include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you.
As I advised on your other thread you can do this by putting a message onto your journal. Make sure you tell them that you would like to request the MR. Or you can also write a letter and send it to them in the post but the journal is the quickest way.0
