Does anyone have any experience of PIP REVIEW waiting times in the West Midlands area? I live in Walsall if that makes any difference.

Hiya @jimmydevil wait times are still very long for reviews all over the country. A year plus isn't unheard of. I've been waiting since Feb 2023.
