PIP mandatory reconsideration
hi everyone
I was awarded lower rate mobility in march and asked for a reconsideration due to thinking I should have been awarded daily living.
I set lots of evidence however I got a letter today and I’ve scored 0 on everything and they have taken the mobility off of me!
im just wondering where i go from here - i am extremely anxious and scared at the thought of a tribunal but i do think i should have been awarded both mobility and daily living.
Also, the tribunal - how long does this process take and how likely is it that I will get awarded something?
I feel very disheartened and sad about the whole situation
TIA 😊

I'm sorry to hear they removed your mobility award. It's very rare that you lose what you already have at MR stage. Did they give a reason why they removed those points?
Tribunal waiting times are extremely long for most areas and you could be waiting about 10 months, sometimes longer for a hearing date.
Providing you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing there's a 70% chance of success. You can request the appeal online.

Thank you for that, they didn’t give any reason just that I’d scored 0 points on everything ☹️
