Universal credit sick note

Hi I have given my sick note in stating depression. Because I have listed a few other medical issues on universal credit claim my advisor said next time the sick note needs to mention all three of my health issues. Can anyone advise me if that's correct for them to ask this? Surely a sick note saying not fit for work is Enough? Thanks neil

A fit note doesn't need to state all of your health conditions. It's not proof that you're not fit for work anyway.
