LCWRA and backpay

Hiya . I have been receiving LCWRA for the last 2 months and trying to get an answer to this via my journal . So during my waiting period my Case Manager said I would be entitled to backpay but it would be discussed once I had been given an answer to if I was on awarded LCWRA and in February I was awarded it . I then asked when the backpay would be paid and other than calling Universal credit number I never get any answer .from the case officer . My last conversation was Tuesday and the person was raising an issue as it is the 2nd time the case officer has ignored my question regarding backpay . Other than keep ringing the hotline is there anything else I can do .?

    In your previous thread I asked you a question but you didn't reply. I can't advise you without knowing the answer to that question.

    What date exactly did you provide your first fit note? I need the date you provided it and not the date on that fit note.

    Also, were there any gaps in your fit notes?
