Pip tribunal wensday

Hi I've got pip tribunal on wensday telephone hearing and I'm really hoping they don't adjourn it or cancel it

Had my telephone hearing. If you was to have a telephone hearing they call you about an hour before to say what's happening and they explain who's going to be there and what's going to happen and when you'll receive a decision. The call lasted about an hour and they asked me a load of questions mainly around my condition around June last year and then they said ill get a decision in the post. So not sure if I've won my appeal or not 😬

Keep checking your online appeal it probably won't be there yet but I've seen some threads on here.

Hello all, I've just looked at my appeal and I've won enhanced rate on both daily and motability until 2028 though. It's was very nerve racking on the phone I felt like having a break but pushed through it I'm so happy. I'm not sure on a backdate though as it's just from the court.

The judge was nice and the doctor but the person from dwp sounded strict lol but there all OK and there to ask questions. And thank you for the congratulations 8
