hi there
I’ve been off work now for 4 months as i am struggling with burnout and recently been diagnosed with autism. I suffer from anxiety and it affects my life daily.
I feel I can complete most daily tasks but at the end of the day after masking for most of it I’m done!!
I don’t want to be around people or have chit chat and struggle to talk to people.
I would feel like a fraud for even applying as I have managed for most of my life (40 years old)
Any advice welcome

Hello @tigerstar. Have you had a look at the PIP descriptors to see whether you believe you meet the criteria?
