HHi again guys,we have a toilet which was installed for someone in a wheelchair, which is low.My wife who is disabled has difficulty bending down so far to use it due to her Spina Bifida. Can we ask our housing association to install a normal one to be fitted making it easier for her to use?
Thank you in advance.

I don't see why you can't ask and for the housing association to install one, seems like a reasonable adjustment to be honest. I didn't find anything online in particular but you should be able to put a request in. All the best
