Pip review doctors surgery.
I am about to sent my pip review form back tomorrow. I have used my therapist as my main health professional. However I realise that I moved early this year and pip may still have my old doctor surgery on the system. Do I need to add my new one to the form? I haven’t seen my new doctor at all regarding my issues. I haven’t seen a doctor for a long while. Will they need to contact them?
many thanks ☺️

You should include details of your new GP but they very rarely contact anyone anywhere so please don't assume they will.

Thanks for replying poppy. It’s really appreciated ☺️
can I just add the new doctors information to the extra information page?
Thanks again0 -
I put my therapist as my main HCP but they still contacted my GP who doesn't have access to my MHCare records. I recommend that you send a copy of the letter from your therapist to your new GP so they have the evidence to hand if they are asked to fill in any forms.
