Hi all,
A few questions please.
Used to be on working tax credit. Had to migrate to universal credit, but it's so much more intrusive with all the questioning.
Are there any other places to go, to confirm identity and/or have appointments, other than the job center?
Thanks

If you have a health condition, which you reported then you can ask for a reasonable adjustment for a telephone appointment. If you don't then you will be expected to attend in person at your local job centre as part of the claims process.

You're welcome. If you did report a health condition then you will need to make sure you provide a fit note within 7 days.
