    It's been relaxing enough thank you @Naz_2050, though I'm having a bit of trouble getting some of my medication. Hopefully have it sorted next week!

    I hope your EMDR session went well and is helping.

    @Jimm_Scope Yes, the EMDR session is very helpful, It has been my eighth session and my therpaist is really also really good.

    I`m sorry to hear that you are not getting your medicines, I hope this problem is resolved soon.
