Redetermination time.

Hi Guys,
Looking for some help. My husband applied for ADP in January, and was awarded standard daily living. We have appealed this and the 56 days for them to make a decision is up tomorrow, but we have heard nothing from them other than them confirming they had received the documents. Has this happened to anyone else? Where do we go from here? Any help is much appreciated. 🙏🏻😊

Hey there @benjaysmum and welcome to the community!
I'm afraid ADP isn't my forte, but hopefully one of our community will be able to help you out soon. I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello and good luck.1 -
Hi Albus_
Thank you!
Fingers crossed someone can help, it's all so stressful.

SSS is not really any different to DWP if I'm honest. They give a timescale of when a decision will be made by but it's not always possible for a decision to be made by that date. Unfortunately, it happens. Nothing really you can do but wait, once a decision is made you will be contacted.

Thanks Poppy,
I was just concerned as it says if they don't respond within the 56 days they will send another letter for us to appeal. Aw well, guess we just need to have more patience 😕
