Who can take responsibility for my sons day to day finances when I cant?

Hi,
M son is soon to move into Independent Living close to where we live so at least I can keep mu eye on him. My worry is who can take over his day to day finances when I cant? He has cash for spending money, but I have POA and look after his bills already.
