    Hi poppy they finally got back to me this all they said but how can I be underpaid wen I put correct wages and they get it from paye anyways

    It will be because of the work allowance, which didn't apply before the decision on the WCA was made. When you're entitled to the work allowance, it means some earnings are disregarded each month before the deductions apply. It's nothing to do with what your employer reports to HMRC.
