pip requesting id but then saying they have everything
hello, sorry if this isnt the right place to ask
i am currently waiting on my decision from a pip claim and was sent a letter saying to provide id [ something i've seen people say does sometimes happen ], but then two days later, before sending my id, i received a letter saying they have everything they need and i just need to wait, could it just be an error or was it just bad timing with the letters? i did get a text to say they'd received my written assessment but then got a phone call a week later to ask if i'd like my preferred pronouns on the assessment, then got another text to say they'd received it again, so could it be to do with that?
has this happened to anyone else? i plan on phoning tomorrow anyway but am hoping for some advice just to stop me from stressing so much until then
thank you in advance

We could only guess what's happened and I wouldn't want to do that. As you said you will need to ring them but you'll need to wait until Monday because they are closed tomorrow, with it being Sunday.
