Hi @shane1970, firstly, welcome to the community! Secondly, is this a PIP assessment can I ask? Just so we definitely know that's what we are talking about 🙂
There certainly are bad assessments. Can I ask, is this a new assessment, a review assessment and are you at an appeal stage?
I just want to see if there's any information we might have that can help. If you just want to vent though I understand, I've had plenty of my own experiences with the DWP to know that sometimes you just want to vent about how bad it is dealing with them.

it’s a tribunal mandatory reconsideration been fighting them nearly 4 years now they think I’m going to give up I think but they are very wrong

The Mandatory Reconsideration comes before the Tribunal. Tribunal is with HMCTS.
You said you’ve been fighting for 4 years, have you been refused previously to this?
