Do you always get a text saying you’re awarded pip? I called them and my letter is on the way and a decision was made on 10/06/24. Never thought to ask on phone if I was awarded anything.

Hi @LiveLaughLove, welcome to the community 😊 you don't always receive a text message. Incase you're worried about having to appeal I'd recommend reading up on the appeals process:

They usually say it takes around two weeks for the decision letter to reach you, so please try not to panic too much if it's not arrived yet, it'll be on it's way. Best of luck!0
