UC Second Gateway Intervention meeting for Universal Credit.
Hi Scopers!
The worry worm is back!
I’ve recently gotten a part time job (one day a week), as a studio assistant for an artist. As I am currently on universal credit , I declared this to DWP so that they are now aware (and my work coach is too).
I am registered as self employed with HMRC and I was declared ungainfully self employed in January (I make £40 a month if any from my business) when I initially made my claim
Now I am registered as employed I have been asked to come back to the job centre so that I can prove I’m no longer self employed, of course I still am (in my opinion, even though I make £40 a month if any from sales) even though I’ve already been declared “ungainfully self employed” (I hope this makes sense).
I suffer from anxiety and have already put a message on my journal to say that I’d prefer for this interview to be conducted over the phone , even if they can’t do that I feel incredibly anxious (even though I’m happy to be earning a bit of money now!) about this interview. Has anyone else had the same experience?
Love to all,
Worm 🪱
