moving/downsizing

Hi all, hope you're well. I currently live in a 2 bed property but under-occupying if i'm allowed to move on medical grounds must i also downsize?

I'm no expert but yes, if under occupying you would generally be required to downsize unless you have a medical reason for the extra bedroom, i.e you need a carer to stay. It's best to speak to your housing provider about it or look on their website, it should tell you the rules on there.
