Cont……the thread of my mental illness journey,the following is my daily intake along with none mental illness medication :

Lithium

Mirtazapine

Quetazapine

Amitriptyline

Phenergan

The above is my medication .support

    I've read some studies that say Lithium has shown to have an amazing effect in some cases. Just a little lithium deficiency can be a sole cause for depression sometimes!

    When they found my slow moving cancer the benefit of lithium out weighed not taking it.So now l am on 600mg

    I find mirtazapine and quetazapine compliment each other and help me to drop off.Hence giving my exhaustive head a rest.
