Care and help
I don't need routine personal care or domestic help, but it's not quite that simple. I can certainly do with someone with a lot more muscle power and mobility than I have to from time to time clean the oven, clean behind the fridge. If I have a mishap in the night and need to change the bed, the middle of the night is when my medication which runs on a 24-hour cycle is at its minimum so around 3 am is when I have maximum pain and stiffness and I really do not enjoy lugging wet bedding around. If I'm struggling with something such as a very large and stiff box, I could do with a hand. Clearly what I actually need is a fairy godmother or a genie in a lamp. Or of course a robot quietly sitting in the corner until needed. That could be rather fun.
