PIP using a Toilet Bidet

Hello

I cannot reach back to clean after going to the toilet. I have tried wiping aids but I can't even use these satisfactorily. In desperation I ordered a bidet which fixes onto our existing toilet. It is amazing and cleans perfectly.

My question is, I am using this as an aid, but will the DWP consider it as such due to the fact that people who are not disabled use them as an alternative to paper?

Yes, just explain it the same way you have here to show that it's a necessity rather than a preference.

Also worth noting they should be considering what aids you need, rather than just the aids that you currently use. So do explain why other aids haven't worked in the past to add a bit more strength to that descriptor.
