I have been on LWC for sometime; I’m January I was told I was being referred for a WCA, I didn’t get an appointment until last month, but after completing my WCA I was awarded LCWRA and expecting first regular payment next week.
Will I be entitled to any backpay? Maybe from January when I was originally referred for a WCA?

If you reported changes to your health condition and provided fit notes, which prompted UC to refer you then it will be paid from the assessment period in which you reported the changes.
If UC referred you as a normal review (sounds like it was this) then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
