Permitted work & esa ain’t paid me?

they still haven’t reached a decision on esa they said something about my name change but they have my deedpoll and have recently changed my name on my claim successfully- my work is in my new name (the one it’s successfully changed to)

The last I spoke to last week said she get person who wrote the notes to ring me would take up to ten days I haven’t heard anything ( 10 days up this Fri) I was going to ring them..

Well I was due a payment tonight.. and it hasn’t gone through… usually about 9:30 night before after 12 latest.. but still nothing is showing..

What’s my opinion for a payment?? Wouldn’t they closed my claim? I’m going to call them in the morning… but I’m a bit thrown by all this..

if they have declined my permitted to work.. can I appeal and still work while I’m appealing or but in less hrs??

if my esa claim as stopped can I rapid reclaim? When will I get paid then?

if my claim hasn’t been shut down- how else can I get a payment?

I haven’t gone over 15 hrs in permitted work even though 15.59 I put down on sheet ….

It's unlikely they would have declined your permitted work. If there's any issues with your claim then it would be suspended and not stopped and completely closed. It's likely a simple error, which does happen sometimes.

The only way to know what's happened is to ring them when they open at 8am. They can make a same day fast payment and your money will go in, usually within a few hours but they will tell you anytime up to midnight tonight.

I’m currently in hull - travelling back down to wales at 9:40am - I hope that the buses chargers are working- they weren’t on way up Monday.. so I can call them.. I won’t have enough time before I catch my bus back.. they take about an hr to answer … that’s good to know. Fingers crossed.. I will update thread once I get through to them before lunch!

well apparently after 1.30 on hold I got through and they said they had just processed my payment late - so should be in tonight or tomorrow…

they haven’t reached decision yet on permitted work.. but he finds it funny because the name change has been done - so I think this might go under the carpet..

Will post update if any further information…
