Pip telephone assessment
Hi everyone I had my telephone assessment on 17th June then a 2 text messages one same day to say it was received then week after a text they had not made a decision yet and then last Tuesday I got a letter saying that they have got all information to decide is this a bad thing or what happens next

The texts mean nothing other than what they say. They are all standard texts sent to a lot of people. At some point you will have the decision, which can take up to 12 weeks after the report is returned. If it's a first time claim and you're successfully awarded they often send a text. You won't receive a text If there's no award. You will receive a decision letter in the post either way.

I think it went well the woman doing seemed really nice and positive but that can be the trick
